For terms 3 and 4 we have been doing work on sustainability. We have been looking specifically on mining and the effects it has on the environment.
We are also doing work on governments, as the elections are coming up. We are looking at different types of governments not just democracy.
North zone sports were held and the kids in our class did well with a number of them going on to the championship sports.

Hi everyone! I have the privilege of being the first person to write on your blog. I hope to come to your class next week and show you all how to use it! Remember that ANYONE can read your class blog (yes, including Mr Leach AND your parents!), so make sure that all content is appropriate and has correct grammar, spelling and punctuation!
Make sure it is interesting and put up lots of photos or scan samples of your work so that you, your friends and your family will have lots of interesting things to look at.
A good tip: agree on a size and font type that everyone will use, so that your blog looks really professional.
